Great stay at Alan's place. Alan was extremely communicative and responsive. The place was very nice and very clean. Our grandkids loved the toys.

We loved our stay in Cinnamon Beach. The condo was spacious, clean, and had great views of the golf course and ocean. Super responsive and accommodating. Can't wait to go back!

Loved this condo and location! Huge corner balcony overlooking golf course and ocean....had morning coffee, evening cocktails and meals outside . Spacious layout shared with 5-20 something daughters and boyfriends. Condo was well equipped. Parking was easy. Had 2 great pools and ocean access just a short walk away. Owner was easy to communicate with; we hope to be back.

Provided everything we needed

This place was so impressive! It was beautiful, had plenty of space, and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun week at the beach! We had a group of 4 adults and 4 kids and had plenty of room and everyone loved it!

Great Condo

The condo was great! Communication with the owner made everything go very smoothly. The pool area was especially nice. The condo was well equipped and had everything needed. The view from the balcony was great!

Awesome condo!!

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The property was wonderful, and communication with the property owner was easy. The property owner made sure that we had all the necessary information about the property and the surrounding areas. I would highly recommend this property.

Rest and relaxation

Very spacious, very clean property! My wife and I are golfers, so we appreciated the great view of the par 3 hole off our balcony. Great restaurants nearby. I highly recommend!

Roomy and comfortable condo

This condo is really large with 3 good-sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The kitchen is really well-stocked. There are also plenty of beach supplies with a handy cart to help you get them there. Great, very clean and comfortable place to vacation.

Amazing property and location!!!

Alan's property is as described. The location and views are the perfect way to spend a relaxing vacation. The balcony is awesome and probably where we spent most of our time when in the condo. Has everything you could possibly need for either a short stay or long one. I highly recommend and Alan is the most hands on owner(in a good way) that I have ever dealt with.

Beautiful and exceeded expectations

We had a wonderful, relaxing vacation. Alan, the owner, was so attentive and awesome to work with. The condo views, size and beauty were all amazing. Our family of five truly enjoyed having the space and multiple bathrooms. All of the amenities and provisions made the stay very comfortable. Highly recommend!

5 Star Accommodations overlooking the Golf Course and Ocean

This luxury 3/2 condo was both spacious and well appointed with everything you could imagine. Its 6th floor balcony views are spectacular and perfect for both morning coffee and happy hour gatherings. It was just a short drive to St. Augustine and well worth the trip down the scenic A1A coast. We will definitely retun again soon.

Palm Coast Weekend

The condo was very comfortable for our family of 6 - plus 3 year old grandson. Top floor unit with large balcony and exceptional views of ocean and golf course. Everything you need, including beach supplies and toys for kids. Wish we could have stayed longer. Will definitely consider for next visit to Palm Coast.

Wonderful

Excellent communication with the owner. He even sent me a message about a rocket launch . This condo was very clean. Comfortable beds . Beautiful views from the balcony. I would highly recommend this place.

Beautiful! Great Location!

Since we rented at the last minute, I was able to talk directly to the owner regarding check in, etc. Alan was very easy to contact and very helpful. The property was very clean upon arrival and had everything we needed including all cooking utensils, beach toys for the grandkids, games for the evening hours, etc. The location is perfect with a short walk to the pool and beach. The family said they wanted to stay there again and we probably will.
