This magnificent 420 mÂČ villa, located on its own peninsula on the island Heisala in Parainen, offers an unforgettable archipelago experience. Built in 1950 and renovated in 2022, the villa exudes an authentic maritime atmosphere, surrounded by breathtaking views of the Archipelago Sea. Here, you can enjoy the peace and privacy of nature in complete tranquility.
The villa is easily accessible â the ferry ride takes only about 15 minutes. The location is excellent: 42 km to Turku and approximately 170 km to Helsinki. This destination provides the perfect escape from everyday life, combining the beauty of the archipelago with a hassle-free vacation, whether for family gatherings or corporate events. The owner offers various additional services, including catering.
The ground floor of the villa features a separate kitchen, a dining room, a living room, an accessible bathroom, and two bedrooms. One of the downstairs bedrooms has two beds, while the captainâs room has one bed. The upper floor has five bedrooms, each with three separate beds, as well as two spacious bathrooms with a shower and WC.
A 75 mÂČ sauna building is located right by the sea. The wood-heated sauna has a separate washing area with two showers, as well as a small kitchen and a dressing room. The large terrace features a seawater hot tub, available year-round, and there is also an opportunity for winter swimming. In addition to the pier, the shoreline includes a gently sloping sandy beach. Additional information and distances:
The town of Parainen, with all the necessary services, is 19 km away. Heisala is an island and village in Parainen, covering 4.92 kmÂČ, with a permanent population of 15 people. The ferry M/S Viken operates to the island daily year-round. To secure a place on the ferry, please book in advance at www.finferries.fi.
Additional services:
Free access year-round to the seawater hot tub and winter swimming. The large lawn area offers various activities, including a children's playground, a beach volleyball court, and a designated area for pétanque and mölkky (Finnish throwing game). Bed linens, bathrobes, and final cleaning are available at an additional cost.
Private karaoke bar, catering service, archipelago and fishing trips, and conference facilities â inquire with the owner for a quote!
