Great location. The south side of Wrightsville Beach was nice and quiet. Lifeguard right at the Albright Street beach access if you care about such things. Found a lot to do in Wilmington as well since we did a longer stay. Also recommend Airlie Gardens nearby. House was as described and most everything in good condition. Plenty of beach chairs and beach toys, etc. Other than our family group is getting too large, would stay here again.

It is the perfect place to a quiet beach vacation. Located on the south end of the island, it offers an old school beach feel, tucked into a quiet neighborhood one street off the beach. Perfect for kids to ride bikes or scooters around, great covered area under the house to hang out. Awesome covered front porch to sit on and have coffee. Super short walk to the beach. Lots of kitchen amenities & extra supplies such as trash bags & coffee filters (in case you forget those). Beds were nice- good mattresses, showers had great water pressure & hot water. Water hose and outdoor showers were great!

Lovely, latge house with good parking. Very nice area, quiet and close to both beach and bay. Well equiped kitchen, and plenty of beach equipment to use. A great stay!

December graduation

Lovely stay. The location is fabulous and we (ages 17-89) thoroughly enjoyed spending time together in the roomy house and exploring the beach. Would love to stay here again.

I highly recommend this property for your stay in the south end of Wrightsville beach. The house was clean and located very close to 2 different beach public access points. Nancy was very responsive to messages and even provided us with links to a variety of local things we needed for my elderly father. The porch with the rocking chairs is where we spent the majority of our time. The neighborhood is quiet and there isn't a lot of traffic. The house has all the appliances you need for your stay and the shed has all the beach chairs and boogie boards you need! I would stay here again.

First Time at South End

Winter treat

Great stay. Very relaxing. Location was nice and quiet with great ability to walk to sunsets and sunrises. Nancy was great to check in halfway to make sure all was good

Great vacation spot ...very quiet area

Great place to stay and do close to the beach. Enjoyed the house with plenty of room. Kitchen has everything you need and plenty of games and other stuff for kids. Nice to have the additional tv in one of the bedrooms. Hope to return soon!

Family Fun

Plenty of room for our family to gather in the open living/dining room or on the porch. Easy walking distance to the ocean or sound. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect family beach week

Nancy's beach house had everything a family could possibly need for a fun and relaxing beach week. The kitchen was well stocked, the beach gear was organized and ready to go, and Nancy was extremely responsive when we had questions. The house is an older beach cottage, but it's very clean and well maintained. Thank you Nancy for an old-fashioned, peaceful beach week with our loved ones.
