Detta vackra fritidshus på den magiska Marco Island ligger på en soltäckt kanal med sydlig exponering för heldags sol, bara två kvarter från direkt tillgång till STRANDEN! Marco har precis öppnat en ny allmän väg till stranden, som bara är tillgänglig för gästvandrare. Vårt hus ligger bara två korta kvarter från denna strand! Så nu har du ett val; strand, pool, fiske utanför bryggan eller bara koppla av i detta vackra hem!

Smakfullt inredda i avslappnad ödekor, detta härliga familjevänliga hus har tre sovrum (Master har en queen size-säng, andra sovrummet har tvillingar, och det tredje sovrummet har en drottning), 2 badrum, ett gourmetkök med anslutande familjerum, liksom som ett stort vardagsrum och matsal. Du kan njuta av utsikten över vattnet från den vackra skärmad in Lanai medan du simmar i den uppvärmda poolen. Lanai-området har rottingmöbler. Huset har också höghastighetsinternet!

Huset ligger bara en kort tio minuters promenad till Marriott Hotel där du kan njuta av de vackra solnedgångarna och stränderna i Gulf Coast! Din familj kommer att älska det här huset! Marco Magic

We loved our stay. The house location is perfect being walkable to the beach and located on a canal. We spent countless hours on the lanai enjoying the privacy, being lazy in the pool and watching for the dolphins. The layout is great for hosting our children/grandchildren with the master on one side and the two additional bedrooms on the other side. The house is equipped with just about everything you could want and Susan was super responsive the few times we needed to reach out. We look forward to repeating our stay next year.

Beautiful home in a great location. The owners have thought of everything you might need to enjoy your stay. Easy walk to the beach, great pool and well-equipped kitchen. We look forward to a return visit.

Great family stay

We had a great stay at the property. Plenty of room for family members to spend time together and have space apart when needed. The extra fridge in the garage was a nice bonus and beach chairs for the trips to beach were wonderful.

Beautiful Marco Island Home

Two grandchildren, two children & two grandparents rented this Marco Island home for a week during Spring Break. It’s a fantastic home within walking distance to the beach. It’s in a very nice neighborhood and the grandchildren absolutely adored the swim pool. Will definitely rent again.

Absolutely perfect vacation!

This house was absolutely perfect for our first vacation with our baby (9 months). The house was exactly as described and very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect with an easy walk to the beach and we loved using the pool every day. Highly recommend this house! We will definitely be back!

Great Vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation on Marco Island. This house was perfect for our family of 6. Plenty of room, clean, well equipped and so close to the beach. We wish we could have stayed longer! We will be back next year.

Wonderful Week

We had an amazing week. The home was neat and clean and had great views of the water. We saw dolphins in the canal in the morning, loved the pool each day and took a quick stroll to the beach daily and back for sunsets in the evening. The location of Susan's home is perfect and made for a wonderful week for our family of 6! Can't wait to come back!!

Great beach vaca!

We had a great beach trip at this beautiful home on the waterway. The pool was wonderful and our whole family enjoyed it. We loved being on the canal and even saw some dolphins one evening-the sunsets were awesome! The house had everything we needed -including cooler, beach chairs, and beach towels! The beach was only a short walk away. This was our first trip to this area and we loved every moment!

Set up with relaxation and enjoyment in mind, this inviting property has everything you need for an enjoyable vacation. The walk to the beach is pleasant and not too far. Our stay in January was a bit cold but warmed up enough to swim in the pool later in the week which was certainly a bonus. Thanks Susan and Bill!

Wish I Was Still There!

My family stayed there in August and had a wonderful time. The house and pool are beautiful and were both very clean. The kids and husband fished everyday and we all saw dolphins, stingray and lots of beautiful birds. This home has everything you could need to be comfortable! We had one minor issue with maintenance and it was resolved immediately. I would highly recommend this home for a lovely vacation!

What A Great Way To Visit Marco

We stayed in a house that was clean, well kept, and well furnished. It had all the accessories needed for a great visit. The location was perfect to walk or ride a bike to the stores or beach. We tried to fish from the dock and saw the bigger fish show up the last day after we had packed our gear. Guess we will try to go back and try again next year. Great visit. Perfect Location!

House was better then advertised! Clean. Spacious. Walking distance to beach access. Saw Dolphins in the canal. Fished in the canal. Pool was warm. Lots of beach stuff including wagon, chairs, umbrella, coolers. Kitchen was fully stocked to cook. Would definitely go back! Thanks for letting us use your beautiful home!

Glorious Vacation

We spent a wonderful week vacationing at The Flora’s home. Marco Island is a longtime favorite vacation spot and their home is a new favorite. The house was lovely and the proximity to the beach was amazing (only 2 blocks!) but what set it apart from our other rentals on Marco was how well stocked it was. There was everything you could want or need for a beach trip, to make a gourmet meal, to read a book while wrapped in blankets on a rainy day, etc. We were incredibly impressed and look forward to returning here again!!!! Thank you, Susan and Bill for sharing your lovely home with us!!! Our oldest lives in Philadelphia, PA so we might look at your New Jersey property too after our Marco Island experience.

Wisconsin Badgers visit Marco Island

This property is amazing! Our family of 6 loved this home! The listing was spot on- short walk to the beach, awesome heated pool, inside of home is amazing as well. We loved it all! Saw dolphins in the canal 2 of the days we were there. We had additional family staying on Marco Island at the same time as us, and all 17 of us were able to get together for supper! I would recommend this property to anyone! Neighbors are awesome as well- shared their bball hoop with my adult kids- 23 and 20!! Susan was wonderful to work with- thanks again for everything! We were able to get out of cold Wisconsin for 7 days-- we will surely be back in the future!

Perfect location

This was our second stay in this house. It is perfect location, really close to the beach (short two block walk) and public beach access. Yet far enough away to be quiet and relaxing. We loved having our meals on the screened in lanai poolside looking over the canal. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook in, yet some very nice restauraants are close by. A Publix grocery is only 5 - 10 min away. The house is very spacious with plenty of room for all to spread out. There is a good selection of beach gear available for use. If you love tv, there is a tv in every room and the one in the family room is massive! It did have a nice selection of premium cable channels, netflix,etc. We did watch a movie one night, just like being at your favorite cinema. Marco Island is wonderful place to escape to for a nice tropical like getaway. Still chilly and rainy when we left our home at the end of April, but nice and sunny and 80 degrees once we got to Marco Island. Just perfect weather. The owner is terrific to work with and she really wants you to have a great stay in her house. We will definitely rebook this house in the future.

Great house and location

My family loved this rental it was clean and roomy. The pool was great and we fished off the dock and caught some fish! The walk to the beach was not far and we saw some burrowing owls. Went to the beach every morning at low tide and found some great shells. Would definitely recommend

Spring Break 2022

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this nice home!! The location was excellent. Close walk to the public beach access and close to most everything on the island. The house was clean and the amenities were good. We had a small issue with the pool but Susan responded right way and it was fixed. The only other downside was check-in was 4pm but the cleaning crew didn’t leave until 5:30. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.

We bought this house in 2000 because we loved its spacious layout, southern exposure and the canal. We have spent many great weeks here with our families in every month of the year - and enjoy them all. As an added bonus, the town installed a beach walkway 2 blocks a way - so we are literally the closest house to the beach on a canal - it's magical!
