If you are looking for a villa in an excellent location, but still close to the city, beaches, and various amenities, then Villa Lealeana is definitely a place you don't want to miss. Located in the Veruda Porat neighborhood in Pula, this villa, which spans 500 mÂČ, can accommodate up to 18 people and is the perfect choice for larger groups or families.
On the ground floor, there are two comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom and direct access to the terrace. There is also a sauna, gym, billiards table, and laundry room.
On the first floor, there are five bedrooms with double beds. Each room has its own TV, private bathroom, and terrace with a beautiful view. Additionally, there is a tavern with a kitchen and a terrace with a large dining table. The second floor consists of a living room with access to a large terrace, a kitchen, and two additional bedrooms with a shared bathroom.
The villa's yard offers various amenities, such as a pool surrounded by sunbeds, a barbecue, a large dining table, a jacuzzi in the covered part of the yard, two showers and a WC, as well as a trampoline, swings, and a slide for the youngest.
