The villa is located in the peaceful Istrian village of Rakalj and offers an exceptional combination of elegance, comfort, and functionality for up to 8 people. On the ground floor, there is a spacious and modernly equipped living area. Adjacent to it is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. There are also two furnished bedrooms with double beds that provide direct access to the pool, each room has its own bathroom and air conditioning. In addition, there is a guest toilet in the corridor. For entertainment, there is also a table tennis table here.
On the first floor, there are two more modernly equipped bedrooms with double beds; each has its own bathroom and air conditioning. On this floor, there is also a specially furnished workspace, ideal for those who need a private workspace during their vacation.
