All 3 parts of the villa have separate entrances. The first part consists of the ground floor and the first floor. The ground floor features a living room with a dining table and a separate kitchen. There is a bathroom with a shower cabin in the hallway. The first floor accommodates 3 bedrooms with large double beds that share a bathroom. The second part is located on the ground floor and also has a separate entrance. It is equipped with a living room combined with a kitchen and dining table, as well as a bedroom with a double bed and a separate bathroom. Above this part, there is the third part on the first floor, with a separate entrance and access to a balcony, and the amenities are the same as in the previous part. All rooms in the three parts of the villa are air-conditioned.

The heated pool, measuring 28m2, is equipped with hydro-massage jets, a waterfall, and colored lights.
