We booked this place very last minute and I am so happy this was the one I chose. The location was great and close to everything. It was spotless inside and had everything we needed. I loved sitting out on the balcony in the morning with a cup of coffee and enjoying the peace and quiet. I will definitely be back!

It was very quiet well maintained property. We enjoyed many times a day sitting on the screen patio, watch the turtles and birds. . we close to the beach and many other things. We really enjoyed our stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our annual fall trip to Pawleys Island. The location was the perfect in between spot for our fishing trips to Georgetown and beach days at Pawleys Island/Litchfield Beach. We visited Morse park, the oyster recycling area and the old Georgetown 17 bridge. We caught gar, small flounder, blue crab and a trophy 37” redfish. We especially loved having a washer and dryer on site which made it so we didn’t have to take home a load of laundry. The property was priced very reasonably for what was provided. We enjoyed watching the golfers from the balcony during our down time and even spotted a gator, turtles and multiple bird species in and around the pond. The full kitchen allowed us flexibility in either preparing meals ourselves or keeping leftovers from our favorite restaurants. We will return to Hog Heaven for BBQ again, delicious! Having a television in each room was a plus given we were traveling with two kids who never agree on what to watch. The neighbors were friendly with some being locals. Brett was a great host and extremely responsive when I reached out to him. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your space. We hope to return in the future!

Wonderful place to stay

Very affordable clean two bedroom two bath home. Well furnished. Close to beach and other popular attractions in Pawleys and Murrells Inlet.

Great place to stay!

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our month-long stay in this condo. Comfortable beds, beautiful view and great location! It was well equipped with everything we needed and it felt like home away from home. The owners were very responsive to our questions and easy to work with. I definitely recommend it!

Great place to stay - as advertised

This was a perfect place for us to stay on our trip. The condo was clean, appropriately stocked and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The pictures displayed are current as of the time I stayed. I have no complaints and would recommend others to consider this property.

Golf stay

Great condo on True Blue

Very convenient to beach, golf, restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood and condo is as described and very comfortable for 2 and plenty of space for a family or even 2 couples. Enjoyed the screened in porch. Owner very responsive.

Wonderful Getaway

My sister and I had a relaxing and wonderful trip. The condo is beautifully decorated, fully equipped and close to everything! Communication with the owner was easy and quick responses. Only thing I would mention is that there are steps to get to and from the condo, as it is a top floor location It wasn’t an issue for my trip but it could be for others.

Nice place close to the beach

This is the third time we’ve stayed at true blue. This property was nice and had everything we needed. We really appreciated the wood floors instead of carpet. It was clean and it had everything we needed. My only suggestion would be, it would be nice to have bedroom doors that lock for privacy reasons.

Poor quality and maintenance

The kitchen sink garbage disposal still had food in it when we arrived. There was also a wet cleaning rag left on the nightstand in the master bedroom when we arrived. The toilet in the master bathroom would not flush. There was dryer lint all over the carpet on the screened back porch. We’ve stayed at True Blue many times in the past but will not be staying at this unit again.

We are very surprised and disappointed to read this review. We pride ourselves in holding a 4.9 rating in over 100 reviews through online platforms for rental accommodations. We are readily available to our guests upon and throughout your stay. Unfortunately we were not made aware of any of these issues until 2 days after your departure. We were at the condo just prior to your arrival and did a thorough inspection after the cleaning service had gone through. On our end, we were disappointed to hear from our cleaning service that our home was misused and we were charged an additional cleaning fee.

Awesome view of the pond from back porch. We ate breakfast there every morning - we even saw a gator! Numerous birds, turtles and golfers. Seriously, a really nice property. Love the pool and hot tub. Our only minor complaint was the bed was a bit hard for our taste. Thanks for a great stay!
