Located just a few kilometers behind the Lake Constance district, our accommodation is the gateway to the Allgäu - idyllically nestled between Lindau and Wangen.

The peaceful, natural surroundings invite you to take long walks and hikes - perfect for escaping everyday life and recharging your batteries.

Important information for your stay:

* Guests: Please indicate the correct number of guests when booking. The maximum occupancy is 4 people, including children and infants.
Children of all ages are welcome when accompanied by a parent or guardian.

* Arrival with a dog:

If you would like to bring a dog, please indicate the breed of your dog in the comments field.

House-trained dogs are welcome.
Please note that your dog may not be left alone in the apartment.


Unfortunately, large dogs (e.g., Great Dane, St. Bernard, Kangal, German Wirehaired Pointer, Labrador, Rhodesian Ridgeback, Doberman) are not allowed.


Dogs that are classified as dangerous according to local legal regulations (e.g., Pit Bull Terriers, American Staffordshire Terriers, Staffordshire Bull Terriers, Bull Terriers, Rottweilers) are unfortunately not allowed.


* Fee for dogs:

There is a fee for bringing a dog. Please select “I am traveling with pets” in the search field under Guests. The fee will then be displayed automatically.

* Parking: One free parking lot is available directly at the accommodation. Additional public parking is available in the surrounding area.

* Smoking: Please note that we are a non-smoking accommodation. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the accommodation. This also applies to the balcony/terrace and the garden. Thank you for your understanding.

Construction Work: Construction is currently taking place in the neighboring building. This may occasionally lead to noise or minor disruptions. We will inform you in advance about any relevant developments.

Note: If house rules are not followed, we reserve the right to cancel the booking or charge an additional cleaning fee upon arrival.
