Detta Àr en vacker 2 BR-enhet i East-byggnaden. Fullt ombyggt under 2018. Nya golv, duschar, skÄp, granitbÀnkar, inventarier, fÀrg, dÀckmöbler och mer! Allt du behöver för en fantastisk strandsemester. Det finns tvÄ sovrum, bÄda med kungssÀngar. Varje sovrum och vardagsrummet har en stor smart platt-TV med tillgÄng till Netflix, etc. och en DVD-spelare. Vi erbjuder Directv med ALLA filmkanalerna och NFL Sunday Ticket! Living Room har ocksÄ en hÄrddisk med över 400 filmer att vÀlja mellan och en Xbox-spelare. Det stora sovrummet har ett litet hemmakontor med PC och skrivare. Det har ocksÄ ett hotell som Àr sÀkert. Köket Àr fullastat med granitbÀnkar och apparater i rostfritt stÄl. Vi har bÄde filtrerat vatten (RO-system för diskbÀnk och ismaskin) samt en bubbla med varmt / kallt vatten. Vardagsrummet har Àven sektionssoffa med utdragbar soffa i full storlek. Rum för luftmadrass pÄ golv. Alla apparater och tvÀttstuga med avancerade apparater. Loved the condo, perfect location for watching the sunrise and sunset. Comfortable beds. Emiliano's restaurant is on site and has great food and drinks. Staff are friendly and welcoming. While I generally have a massage on the beach and love it, we took advantage of the onsite spa and had a 90 minute massage and then a facial. It was fantastic! We will be booking again for a November trip. Thanks Steve!

Room and resort were in excellent condition. Beach and pools were amazing. View from balcony was perfect for morning coffee and relaxing. Just a wonderful family get away. Steve was very responsive and helpful. We definitely hope to return.

Mid week at Sonoran Sun

The condo was exactly as described, clean well equipped with an amazing location and view of the sea of Cortez. All the amenities were top-notch. Walks on the beach shopping and restaurants are close. We had a very enjoyable time and would highly recommend this condo and our host Steve.

Beautiful quiet condo in a fantastic beach resort

Sonoran Sun is the perfect setting for a quick getaway or a relaxed weekend in Mexico. The resort is beautifully maintained and secured, and the beach is fantastic. Plenty of excellent restaurants nearby. And this 5th floor condo is safe, clean and cozy. Absolutely will stay here again!

Spring Break

We spent a week at Steve’s place with our family. It was great. The resort had everything we wanted: heated pool, hot tub, beach, tennis, gym, movies, and a great condo. The condo is comfortable and well stocked, including with all the stuff you need to have fun at the beach. A benefit to this booking was also how responsive and informative Steve was in communicating with us. We were all sad when it was time to head back home and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun and relaxing time.

This is a beautiful property located on a super sandy beach. 1 heated pool two not. Great hottub. Walkable on beach to Diego’s restaurant, which has fabulous drinks and food. Gate people great. Didn’t interact with other staff.On site restaurant good. Gym great,

The only surprise was that they had drained three of the four pools for maintenance. We thought we should have been told since the owner had been notified. so the one pool and the hot tub were wall to wall people on the weekend.

We really enjoyed this unit. It was great that it offered pool and beach access. The food at the restaurant on the property was great and the service was on point. The condo layout was perfect for our group. We really appreciated the simple communication with the host. He was very accommodating to our needs. We will diff book this unit again in the future.

Weekend Getaway

Went too Puerto peñasco for a relaxing weekend getaway, and it sure was. Steve place was wonderful, great view, it made for having coffee from the balcony so enjoyable. Cleaningness was excellent, and getting hold of Steve was quick and easy. Thank you Steve for everything.

Summer Vacation

I’ve been to this property before. This has been my favorite booking. The condo was very well equipped as described. The owner was quick to respond to any need or issue. It was nice to check in at the gate and head to the condo. Keyless entry is always a plus. I also liked the safe in the bedroom. I would absolutely book this particular condo again.

Amazing condo!

We were there for several days and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! Sonoran Sun Is one of the best properties, and other than units that are right on the grass near the pool, I think that this unit is one of the nicest in the building from what we saw of other friends units while we were there. Just a great place to relax for several days.

Weekend Getaway

We were very happy with our stay. There was a little miscommunication at the start but the owner responded immediately and remedied the problem. The condo was well stocked, well furnished, clean & comfortable. I especially enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony, such a great view! We will be looking to rent this one again in the future.
