Beläget i Barton City Mi på den lugna ~ 200 tunnland Jewell Lake, (sandbotten / bra lekplats!) i hjärtat av Huron National Forest. +/- 900 ft2 knotig tallkabin på mycket ganska återvändsgränd, 7 sovplatser, 2 sovrum med 1 queensize-säng, 1 hel / våningssäng och bäddsoffa, alla sängkläder tillhandahålls. 1 badrum med handdukar. Kök fylld med häftklamrar (kaffe, mjöl, socker, salt, peppar, kryddor), nya krukor / stekpannor, mikrovågsugn, spis, kyl, diskmaskin, kaffekanna, brödrost, mixer. Stort knutigt furu vardagsrum med fantastisk utsikt över sjön, plattskärms-TV (ABC / CBS / FOX), Blu-ray och 2 eldplatser (1 med gasblock för vår / höst användning). Stort bifogat däck med gasgrill, picknickbord, Adirondack-stolar och fantastisk utsikt över sjön (bra ställe att se den 4 juli fyrverkerier) eller bänkar vid sjön för att njuta av eldstaden. Dock med 12ft aluminiumbåt med åror, paddelbåt och 4 vuxna PFD. Stuga nyligen lagt till som en hyra, alla nya rätter / krukor / linjer / handdukar / sängar.

Great place - fun ice fishing

This is a wonderful place - just as advertised! Clean and cozy - we loved the gas fireplace. Ken was great to work with before and during our stay - very responsive. He went out of his way to help us and recommended local bait shops, type of fish in the lake, and where to find them! We had fun! We recommend this cabin! Also we recommend Hammer & Nail restaurant right around the corner - fantastic food and service.

Amazing little cottage on the lake!

Beautiful view in a quiet little town and if you are into golf there are quite a few extremely nice courses out that way! We played white pine national and red hawk golf club and they were the two nicest courses we have played in Michigan so far! Awesome small town bars and beautiful almost everywhere you drive! Will definitely be coming back when the warmer weather hits again!

Peace & tranquility

This vrbo has everything essential that you need. The view of the lake is great and it was so quiet and peaceful. I took my dog and she enjoyed the lake along with Sturgeon Point State Park. We had the beach to ourselves and it was sandy so the dog really enjoyed it. Nice big yard too!

Fall Colors Getaway

Cabin is spacious and clean. Great location and comfortable beds. Nice deck and gas grill although we didn't use the propane grill, it's nice to know it's there for possible future stay. Loved the fireplace. Sofa was rough on our backs but chairs were comfy. Check out time being 10AM is a bit early, 11AM would be much more accommodating.

Relaxing cabin on the water

Such a beautiful spot! We enjoyed the kayaks and rowboat so much, we took them out several times each day. The lake is beautiful-so still and serene. We read on the swing, went for walks, got ice cream, played all the yard games, had bonfires and laid on the dock to look at the night sky and saw several shooting stars! Perfect Michigan summer getaway!!!

Hi, I am Ken, and with my wife Michelle, we are offering this cabin for rent. We live in South Lyon and are 'up north' most weekends (we have a cabin across the lake from this rental). We have 2 college age boys and 2 English Setters.

Varför värden valde detta boende

Michelle and I purchased this cabin in the fall of 2013 to 'keep it in the family'. We built a cabin on the other side of the lake in 2000, however from the time I was a baby I was coming up to this 'side of the lake'. This cabin is next to other family members and was very important to us to keep it in the family. I have 2 boys that will eventually end up with this place. In the interim we have chosen to rent this so others can enjoy the area/cabin/lake as I have for 50yrs.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

This is a very family friendly location. Lots of room to enjoy the outdoors with the large lot, fire pit, deck, lakeside bench. There is a hiking trail around the lake, accessible from the end of the road, as well as Reid Lake nature area 3miles away. The 'ball diamond' is located in the park 1 block away with 'old fashion' playground equipment, a basketball court, horseshoe pits and is the 'center' of the Biggest 4th in the North.
