Sunny, new flat on the first floor of a building with lift in the centre of Umag. The location is ideal as all the necessary facilities and the beach are just a few minutes' walk away. The flat consists of a living room with kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom and is equipped with everything necessary for a relaxing and comfortable holiday.
The 40 mÂČ flat is furnished with love and care and has a hallway with cupboard and wardrobe in the entrance area. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, satellite TV, air conditioning, wardrobe and bedside tables with lamps. The living room has a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children, satellite TV, a coffee table, air conditioning and a dining table with three chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee machine and all the necessary utensils for preparing meals. The bathroom has a washing machine, shower cubicle, hairdryer, washbasin with cabinet and mirror. Free WLAN is available.
Free public parking available in front of the building.
Smoking is not permitted in the flat or in the building.
We kindly ask our guests:
to respect the neighbours and to behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during midday rest,
for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning, washing machine and dishwasher when they are not in the flat,
use the equipment in the flat with care,
empty waste bins and clean used crockery and kitchen utensils,
to report any damage to the landlord, who will claim the costs in cash before departure after an exact assessment of the damage,
inform the landlord of the planned departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the handover of the keys.
The flat must be vacated by 10.00 a.m. at the latest on the last day of the stay.
