FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026, the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Lignano, district Sabbiadoro. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Parking is available in a parking lot in the village (distance 300 m). Each holiday apartment has 1 numbered parking space (either in the yard or 300 m away)

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors and a fire extinguisher.


Pool
All pools are available for shared use. Outdoor pool (operational from mid-May to mid-September, 3 m x 7 m, 1.20 m deep). Relaxation area with sun terrace and pool. 3 positions with lumbar massage and a cervical water jet. The area is located between the 1st and 2nd floors and is only accessible on foot (about 20 steps).

Cooking nook in the living & bedroom with dining area, dishwasher, fridge (icebox), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.
