The holiday apartment is located in an apartment house, was renovated in 2014 and is furnished in a modern, functional and typical country style. The property is located in a residence. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its location at the water the domicile is popular. Available for use: garden furniture and lift. +++ Light WI-FI (no streaming no download) available on request (not included in the price). FOR ARRIVALS ON 20.05.2026 and 21.05.2026 and 22.05.2026 and 23.05.2026 the deposit is 800 euros, which must be paid on site. Families are excluded. ++ PETS:: Only small dogs up to 20 kg allowed.
