Cosy alpine hut directly in the ski area

The comfortable alpine hut is located directly in a quiet residential area in the heart of the "Klippitztörl" ski/hiking area. Various chairlifts and pistes are within walking distance. The manageable village lies to the north of Wolfsberg, not far from the Bad St. Leonhard motorway exit on the A2.
The detached semi-detached house is divided into two identical halves, each of which is rented out privately for holiday guests. Your holiday home extends over an upper and lower floor with a living space of 85 mÂČ. Last renovated in 2016, the wood panelling, tiled stove and modern appliances create a comfortable and cosy ambience. While there is a double room, a triple room and a shower room with WC on the ground floor, there is a cosy living room with a large comfortable sofa, dining area, separate kitchen and separate WC on the upper floor. In the first bedroom you sleep in a double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm. A wardrobe and chest of drawers are available to store your travelling wardrobe. The second bedroom is suitable for three people, is slightly narrower and is furnished with a bunk bed consisting of two sleeping areas one above the other and a single bed. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, a WC, a bathroom window and an undermounted washbasin with mirror cabinet. To relax after a day out, take a seat on the sofa in the living room for a cosy get-together. The tiled stove provides cosy warmth, while the flat-screen TV with satellite TV offers entertainment in the evening. On the other side of the room, the dining table with corner bench and three chairs invites you to enjoy a meal together. For your convenience, the kitchen is fully equipped and offers you a dishwasher, a cooker with ceramic hob and oven, a fridge-freezer combination, as well as the usual small electrical appliances such as a microwave, toaster, kettle and capsule coffee machine. There is also a washing machine in the basement. The entire house is heated by wood and tiled stoves or heating convectors in all rooms. The hot water boiler is solar-powered. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and that pets are not allowed.
Both in summer and winter there are additional energy costs per day on site (see heating costs).
From the living area, you can access the large covered balcony with sweeping views of the surrounding area. You can park your car directly under the carport in front of the house. Further free parking spaces are available at the SchwarzkogelhĂŒtte, 150 metres away.
At this holiday home, you benefit from a wide range of activities in the surrounding area, not only in winter but also in the warmer seasons. In summer, the village offers a summer toboggan run, an adventure climbing garden and an extensive hiking area, also for mountain bikers. As it is also a semi-detached house and the other half of the house is also rented out, both together welcome up to 10 people, ideal for a holiday with two friendly families.
The double chairlift (Hochegger ski piste) is approx. 5 minutes' walk away and the SchwarzkogelhĂŒtte, where the ski piste is directly adjacent, is a 5-minute walk in the other direction. A total of 28 kilometres of pistes (13 runs) with one 4-seater, one 2-seater and 3 T-bar lifts invite you to enjoy perfect winter sports fun. There is also a (children's) ski school (ski hire is available) with its own slope, and ski tourers and snowshoe hikers are of course also very welcome. Restaurants and bars are just 400 metres away. Shopping facilities are available in Bad St. Leonhard, 14 kilometres away.
