Your cosy 2-room holiday apartment on the ground floor offers 56 mÂČ with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The apartment is ideal for 2 people and is located in a quiet yet very well-connected area in the southeast of Munich. It is perfect for travellers who appreciate both proximity to the Bavarian capital and the peace of nature.
Thanks to the excellent transport connections â only 18 km to Marienplatz and 200 m to the nearest bus stop â you can quickly reach the city centre, the trade fair or the airport. Numerous excursion destinations such as Lake Chiemsee, Lake Tegernsee or the Alps are also easily accessible. The popular Mangfall cycle path from Munich to Rosenheim passes directly by the apartment.
The apartment features a modern living kitchen with full kitchen equipment, a comfortable bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and WC, and a south-facing terrace ideal for relaxing outdoors.
