The flat was newly renovated in 2023 and has modern furnishings. It is located on the ground floor, but is not barrier-free. The flat is 45 square metres in size, consisting of a combined living and dining area including kitchen, separate bedroom and a bathroom with shower and WC. In the living area there is a comfortable sofa bed with a 140 x 200 cm spring mattress. The bed in the separate bedroom is 160 x 200 cm.
The flat is equipped for 2 (+2) persons.
The flat has a small terrace with direct access and a view of the garden. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the flat, but you are welcome to smoke on the terrace and in the outdoor area. We would like to point out that pets are not allowed for hygienic reasons. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the countryside and the proximity to the city. On the 3000 m2 property there is an apartment building with several small rental flats. Without exception, older, very quiet, friendly and single gentlemen live in the house.
