This lovely studio apartment is located on the 2nd floor (attic) of a family house. It features a kitchenette with a dining area, a sleeping area with two twin beds, a bathroom, and a balcony. The kitchenette is equipped with a coffee maker, water kettle, electric stove with 2 burners, refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and all necessary cookware, dishware, and utensils. The sleeping area includes a wardrobe and a small TV with cable and satellite channels. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and hairdryer. While the apartment does not have air conditioning, there is a ceiling fan in the kitchen and sleeping area. The balcony overlooks the backyard and garden and is furnished with outdoor seating and a beach umbrella.
The front yard features a BBQ grill that is accessible to all guests of the house. Utensils are provided, but guests need to bring their own charcoal. A private parking space is also available in the front yard.
The house is located on top of a hill, next to a busy road.
