A 40 mÂČ terrace with cosy oak seating invites you to linger with a glass of wine on cosy summer evenings. All this is surrounded by a peaceful fruit/vegetable and flower garden.
There is a sandpit and pool in the courtyard.
The garden can be used for playing, barbecues or as a shady oasis of peace for adults and children.
In the immediate vicinity there is a bakery (150 m), bank, tobacconist, doctor, inn, sports facilities.
100 km of mostly tarmac cycle paths invite you to cycle, skate, hike and jog.
Bathing lakes, Lake Neusiedl, Lake Zicksee and open-air swimming pools are within a radius of 10 km.
