The centrepiece of the house is the terrace, which is for exclusive use and leads into a lovingly landscaped garden - the perfect place to relax in the midst of nature or spend time together outdoors. The proximity to the beach and especially to the dog beach (both only 300m away) makes this holiday home ideal for beach lovers and dog owners. In addition, the surrounding area with its range of water sports activities just 5 kilometres away invites you to enjoy a variety of days out.
