Holiday apartment in Roses â Casdanna 1 (Canyelles Petites, sea view)
Our Apartment 1 offers a spectacular panoramic sea view (the Canyelles Petites beach is only 150 metres away as the crow flies) and features a 17 mÂČ terrace (8 m wide Ă 2.1 m deep) equipped with a parasol, table, chairs and sun loungers.
It is a spacious unit (approx. 75 mÂČ of living space) with a livingâdining area, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a bathtub (also usable as a shower) and a separate guest WC.
A private garage is included for this apartment, as well as fibre Wi-Fi, German satellite TV and a smart TV with internet connection.
In addition to the terrace, guests have an outdoor area with a barbecue and a dining space.
The Mediterranean-style kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric grill, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, two coffee machines (filter and Nespresso), toaster, kettle, microwave and washing machine.
For guests who choose a holiday apartment for the independence it provides and who enjoy cooking, we offer a fully equipped kitchen: pots and pans, cutlery, wine glasses, blender, colander, vegetable peeler, cookware in various sizes, dishes, glasses, etc.
Casdanna Roses offers sea-view holiday rentals in Roses, in Canyelles Petites. The beach is 150 metres away in a straight line and can be reached via a staircase, or about 400 metres along an easier path.
Thanks to its hillside location, the house enjoys a remarkable panoramic view over the bay and the sea. Canyelles is a quiet district of Roses, about 2 km from the town centre, and is ideal for families with children or groups looking for a relaxed holiday.
Casdanna is a three-family house with three self-contained apartments. Each unit has a terrace of up to 40 mÂČ; thanks to the south-facing orientation you can enjoy the sun and the views almost all day long. Living areas range between 75 and 95 mÂČ.
