Welcome to our light-flooded architect's house (which was awarded a prize) with 3 bedrooms and a large garden. The large house (180 square metres) has room for 8 - 10 people and is a feel-good place for your whole family. On the edge of the village in a quiet location with a view of the mountains, you can relax and enjoy your morning café. Take a look at the horses (paddocks visible nearby) and enjoy nature in a relaxed, peaceful atmosphere. In the immediate vicinity - directly from the house are also hiking and cycling trails - a paradise surrounded by greenery. With a view of the large garden with the pond biotope, you are guaranteed to relax!
For your entire family or friends, the house offers space for everyone with 3 bedrooms and additional sleeping facilities!
On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms that can be locked and upstairs there is a large bedroom with a view of the stars (glass dome) which cannot be locked. Further sleeping facilities are also available in the upper area (sofa bed). Sofa beds are also available in the living room.
Even if it rains, you can enjoy nature directly in the light-flooded conservatory with a view of the pond and the mountains.
