The kitchen is separate and equipped (fridge, 4âhob vitroceramic stove, mini oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster), with table and seating for 4.
The renovated bathroom includes a shower, sink cabinet, toilet and washing machine.
This holiday rental includes a private 30âŻmÂČ outdoor terrace and a barbecue. You have a secured outdoor parking space at the foot of the apartment.
Behind the building, the Grand Bleu aquatic area will delight both young and old with its pools, water play areas and slides!
The property is near the beach, public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court is a 15âminute walk away.
