Great ski house

New house was perfect for two families with kids going to Sunday River. Plenty of space, owner was proactive on check-in, drive-way plowed from recent storm, and house came with games for the kids. Would stay again.

Perfect holiday getaway for our family of 6!

My family enjoyed spending four nights at Gordon’s home in December. We sat out a ski day, because unfortunately it rained. BUT this is what really made us love the home even more. It’s spacious, clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. Lots of family time was spent in front of the fireplace - the house has a wide collection of board games. We were pleasantly surprised that a hot tub was installed before our stay, so we made use of that - much needed after a long day on the slopes. The kitchen is stocked with practically new appliances, etc. If you’re someone who appreciates cleanliness and a nicely-furnished property, this is your gem. We will definitely book again when we’re back visiting Sunday River.

House exceeds expectations. Conveniently close to downtown restaurants and a quick ride up the mountain to Sunday River ski resort. Gordon is very responsive and accommodating!

January Bethel Maine Rental

There was little communication after making a deposit and I did not learn the location of the rental until a few weeks before the rental week. Directions to the house were good. It was very clean and had plenty of space for three adults and three children. There were great views from the house.

Perfect Stay to ski Sunday River

Stayed at Gordon’s property to ski at Sunday river and could not have asked for a better stay. The house was large, spacious, and very clean. Would definitely come back next ski season!

Weekend Getaway

The house was great! It’s in a very convenient location, just 15 minutes to Sunday River. The house was clean, nicely furnished and had nice views of the mountains. Would definitely recommend to those looking for a nice ski weekend away.

Great getaway

Beautiful property. Loved the views of Sunday River. The house was very clean, newer, with all the amenities needed for a proper stay. We enjoyed our ski vacation/twins 9th birthday getaway so much and would definitely stay again. Gordon was quick to respond when checking in. Thank you for a lovely escape!

Great cabin

A great, pretty, clean property a short drive from Sunday River Mountain. The amenities were great and as described. The kitchen had the basics and a bit more so it was great for cooking, as well. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Great Place, Close to Sunday River

The property overall was amazing. It had 4 spacious bedrooms, the check-in was seamless and the property is close to everything. I would definitely recommend this place.

Beautiful house and location

We really enjoyed out stay at this house.. Had anice view of the mountains. Nice neighbourhood. Not far from white mountains. It is ableutiful spot and quite private as it is surrounded by trees on the sides and backyard. The house is god for two families. Its very clean and orderly. we had some issue with the msoke alaram. We talked to the owner and he was very repsonsive. He right away send someone to fix the problem.

Great ski chalet near Sunday River

Super clean. Great setup. Well appointed kitchen. Beautiful view of the mountain. Gordon (homeowner) was extremely quick (like within minutes) responding to any questions. Would definitely come back here.

Beautiful cabin!

We had a lovely stay at this cabin for New Year's weekend. It was the perfect size for three families and the basement area was great for the kids to play. It was a 15 minute drive to Sunday River. House was very clean and Gordon was prompt with his responses. Would definitely stay again!
