Nyrenoverade lÀgenhet vid havet. Rymligt tvÄ sovrum, tvÄ badrum villa med havsutsikt. Ligger direkt pÄ den bilfria delen av Floridas bÀsta strand - New Smyrna Beach! NSB Àr dÀr centrala Florida lokalbefolkningen gÄr för att hitta den bÀsta, minst turistiska och uncrowded stranden.

Detta Àr en fjÀrde vÄningen enhet med en stor balkong med direkt utsikt över havet, poolen och vackert anlagd innergÄrd. Castle Reef har de trevligaste grunderna för ett jÀmförbart lÀgenhetskomplex i NSB.

AnlÀggningen erbjuder Àven upplysta tennisbanor, uppvÀrmd pool i olympisk storlek, barnpool, shuffleboard, lusthus, klubbhus och grillar. Det finns ocksÄ möjlighet att hyra klubbhuset för privata fester.

Njut av din morgonfrukostrutin pÄ den stora balkongen med direkt utsikt över havet. Eller slapp av med ett glas vin i slutet av dagen för att njuta av den fantastiska utsikten över solnedgÄngen.

Vi har inredda allt du behöver för att njuta av din vistelse, inklusive strandstolar, paraply, boogiebrÀdor, fiskestÀnger, tennisracketar / bollar, cyklar och strandleksaker för barnen.

The condo was clean and had what we needed. We had a computer glitch on getting check in info but was taken care of quickly as soon as I let them know. The view is wonderful and the sound of the waves is amazing. My only problem is with the bathroom faucets. I don't have the strength to turn them on or off. Otherwise it was a great place to stay

We had a great stay at Castle Reef! The condo was well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We had a great view of the ocean. The walk to the beach & the pool was short & easy. Having access to beach chairs & umbrellas in the condo was a great touch - everything we needed was available. Communications & check in were a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

The Wolk’s

We had an amazing stay at Castle Reef! Perfect little condo with everything you need, great view of the ocean, and close to NSB restaurants and Flagler ave! Our kids loved spending time at the pool, which also has a kiddie pool for the younger kids. The hosts were great at communication with anything we needed. We have been coming to New Smyrna our whole lives and this condo was one of my favorites, we will be back!

Another great stay

This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as good as the first. The location and available amenities are perfect for our family. The beach steps were unfortunately damaged by the hurricanes prior to our stay, but public beach access is only a 2 minute drive away. We will definitely look into this property for our next trip to New Smyrna Beach.

Update needed

Coral Reef complex was well maintained; easy access to both beach and pool; beach was easy to walk. The condo provided an outstanding view of the ocean; space was quite adequate for 3 adults; and kitchen was well stocked. Definite updates are needed in both bathrooms. Bathtubs looked well worn (would not want to take a bath in either one) & faucets were quite difficult to turn. Another beneficial update would be an entry code instead of using a lockbox and key.). Making these updates would make this condo a lot more desirable. In spite of recommended updates, our week there went well.

Fantastic location and immaculate!

Wonderful stay

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay in the condo. The location to the beach is amazing! The condo had plenty of room and the owners provided beach chairs, toys and other items for our use while staying. When we visit NSB again, I will check here first.

We currently reside in Longwood, FL and have been going to New Smyrna Beach for years. We love the area and the convenience to all the restaurants, shopping, and attractions.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

It is family friendly and convenient to all of the Orlando attractions (i.e., Disney, Universal, Sea World, Daytona, St. Augustine). The grounds at Castle Reef are very nice, well maintained with lush foliage and beautiful landscaping, among the nicest properties in the area. Our unit is ideally located on the 4th floor, with a direct ocean view looking out over the grounds.

Vad som gör detta boende unikt

Castle Reef is on the No-Drive part of New Smyrna Beach, making it safer for families and with no vehicles obstructing the view. New Smyrna is ideally located, a little south of Daytona (the world's most famous) Beach but much less crowded, and it's the closest beach to the Orlando attractions. This is the beach where Orlando locals go.
