On the edge of the Hohe FlÀming and conveniently located, this enclosed four-sided farmhouse offers space and plenty of room to relax. On the first floor, the main house offers around 140 m2 of living space spread over five and a half rooms, including a glazed conservatory overlooking the cobblestone courtyard and a large, well-equipped eat-in kitchen. On the top floor, just under 70 m2 of usable living space is spread over three bright rooms. On the first floor, there is also a converted living area of almost 70 m2, which can be accessed from the eat-in kitchen and the courtyard. There are also various stables around the courtyard, which were once used for livestock farming.
The outdoor area is particularly attractive. At the rear of the garden is a central pool (14x4 meters) with high-quality equipment, internal steps and an adjacent covered seating area. The pool is not heated.
The farm is located in the district of Potsdam-Mittelmark, in a small village called Grebs, a district of the town of Ziesar in the far west of Brandenburg. Grebs is surrounded by wide meadows and hiking areas on the edge of the Hoher FlÀming. You can set off on a hike on the hiking trails directly in front of the house.
Ziesar, 10 minutes away by car, has all the facilities for daily needs. The spa town of Bad Belzig, 25 minutes away by car, invites you to take an extended panoramic hike. Wellness enthusiasts can visit the SteinTherme spa there. Another excursion destination is the Klaistow asparagus and adventure farm, which is particularly suitable for families. The famous treetop path in Beelitz-HeilstÀtten is a further 10 minutes away. Brandenburg an der Havel, approx. 23 km away, is also worth a visit.
