The holiday home built in 1970, was renovated in 2000 and is a semi-detached house and furnished in a functional style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. Also due to the view on the garden from the property and its quiet and sunny location the domicile is popular. Available for your exclusive use: sunbathing lawn, parasol, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard.

Island of Albarella. The holiday home is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. SUNNY LOCATION Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) is available on the property.

All pools are available for exclusive use. Outdoor pool (usable from mid May to end of September, 6 m x 10 m, depth 1.60 m).
