This charming flat, located in the Urbanisation Puerto Alto, is ideal for 5 guests looking for rest and comfort.
The urbanisation offers a large garden area perfect for relaxing. Here you can enjoy a communal chlorine pool with a size of 25x10 meters and a depth between 1.5m and 2m. Children can safely enjoy the 9x9 metre swimming pool with a constant depth of 0.5m. There is also an outdoor shower and umbrellas for your comfort.
The flat is located on the first floor, which is accessed by stairs. When you enter, you will find the kitchen equipped with ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. The living-dining room has a television and is a cosy space to share moments with your companions. To rest, there are three bedrooms, the main one with a double bed and air conditioning, a second one also with a double bed and a third one with a trundle bed. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is also a bathroom with shower to complete your stay. If you are travelling with your baby we can provide a cot and high chair.
The flat has a privileged location to enjoy the coast of Cadiz. In just 5 minutes by car you can reach the beach of La Barrosa with its fine golden sand and crystal clear waters. Here you can relax in the sun, take a refreshing swim or enjoy activities such as paddle surfing or kayaking. There is also a wide range of restaurants, bars and beach bars where you can sample the delicious Andalusian cuisine. If you wish to explore further, a 15 minute drive will take you to the centre of Chiclana de la Frontera, a town with a charming historic centre, lively squares and places of interest such as the Church of San Juan Bautista or the Museum of Chiclana. You can also visit a local winery to discover the famous wines of the region.
The pool is open from June 1st to September 30th.
Guests will receive an email 7 days prior to arrival with mandatory deposit payment information. The deposit is payable by credit card via a secure link within 24 hours after receiving the email. For more details, please contact the office using the information on the reservation confirmation received after booking.

There are parking spaces for 1 car in the garage.

The urbanisation also has a basketball and football court, the use of which you will find detailed information inside the house.
