Villa Pelin Exclusive is a modern and luxurious holiday home on the edge of the quiet residential area of Stranici, just 4.5 km from the beach and only a 10-minute drive from Porec. This wonderful property offers a perfect combination of comfort and elegance, ideal for an unforgettable holiday.
It is situated on its own fenced plot of 590 square metres where guests have at their disposal an outdoor pool of 28 square metres, a covered terrace with dining table and outdoor kitchen with barbecue, sun deck with sun loungers, manicured lawn and parking for two vehicles. The special feature of this beautiful villa is a 50m2 roof terrace with a Jacuzzi, lounge furniture, outdoor shower and sun loungers.
Villa Pelin Exclusive for 6 people, with a total area of 180m2, is spread over two fully air-conditioned floors. On the ground floor there is a luxuriously furnished living room with plenty of natural light through the large glass walls, dining area and fully equipped kitchen. There is also a bedroom with its own bathroom, a laundry room and a separate toilet in the hallway. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and access to a spacious terrace with jacuzzi, which can also be reached via an external staircase from the pool area.
Youth groups under the age of 26 are not permitted.
