Welcome to the holiday home page of the Matuschek family in La Marina, Spain!
Holidays on the Costa Blanca - "Casa Lagarto" - Detached house with its own private pool, air conditioning, electric heating, pellet stove.
2 bedrooms, fully enclosed property, 1 bathroom, pool 5x3 m.
The 65 mÂČ detached holiday home is located on a quiet street with a private park opposite, but still centrally located to the centre of La Marina. From the terrace you have a great distant view and can also see the sea in the distance. In the village centre there are doctors, shops, restaurants, bars, pizzeria, cocktail bar, wine tasting, tapas bar etc..
The house is ideal for families: a living room with satellite TV (German reception), two bedrooms, a kitchen with dishwasher, fridge with fridge/freezer, oven with hob, microwave and washing machine, a shower room. Outside terrace with barbecue and garden furniture.
The beach is about 3 km away, kilometres long and very wide, with tapas bar and beach bar. Behind it are green dunes and pine forests. The beach is easy to reach by bike (hire available in the village).
The house has free internet access.
Only the electricity consumed is charged separately on site by the house administration.
The electricity price is currently 30ct per KWh. However, this may change due to the current situation. We will then charge the electricity supplier's price per KWh valid during the rental period.
To reduce the costs for tenants, we have installed a photovoltaic system on the roof.
Long-term tenants in winter (over one month) receive reduced prices
By the way: The house is a non-smoking house! Pets are unfortunately not allowed!
