Condominios Taheima ligger i gated Paradise bygemenskapen i Nuevo Vallarta, nära Banderas Bay, och en 15 minuters bilresa från Puerto Vallarta flygplatsen. De rymliga Taheima grunder tillbaka till den 5: e fairway av den pittoreska El Tigre Golf Club och inkluderar två av de största och vackraste pooler i området. Från Condominios Taheima är det en kort promenad (eller buss från den närbelägna vägen) till shopping, restauranger, stranden, El Tigre Golf Club och en sportsklubb med egen stor pool, tennisbanor, lingboll, boccia, gym, gym, bubbelpool, bastu och mer.

Vår bostadsrätt är lugn, ljus och i nästan nyskick - perfekt för en avkopplande och vitaliserande semester. Du kan njuta av en härlig utsikt över träden, bergen och golfbanan, inklusive de lokala färgglada fåglarna.

Vår balkong, som går bredvid condominiumet, är perfekt för att smutta på ditt morgonkaffe när du njuter av fågelkorgen, eller för att ha en lugn måltid. Du kan också njuta av grillning på vår elektrisk grill. Vi har lagt till utdragbara skärmar till vår balkong och ytterdörr, så du kan njuta av frisk luft och vind.

Köket är utrustat med en 2 element spis, mikrovågsugn och lägenhet storlek kylskåp. Rätter, glas, köksredskap, kaffebryggare, brödrost etc. tillhandahålls.

Sovrummet har en mycket bekväm king size-säng. Du kan öppna luckorna till sovrummet och njuta av utsikten från din säng. Det finns en soffa och bekväm stol i vardagsrummet och en ny Smart TV. Badrummet är rymligt och innehåller en soaker badkar, stor duschkabin och dubbla handfat.

Clean, well equipped ideal size in a quiet complex

This condo is the perfect size and very well equipped. It is very clean and very well maintained. Pride of ownership was obvious. There is a nice sized patio/deck overlooking the golf course which provides a perfect place to start and end your day. The deck houses a barbeque which was brand new and never used upon our arrival. We had merely asked if the condo was equipped with a BBQ and Gab and Juliet purchased one. We felt honored!! That is just one minor example of the standards of the owners. They go out of their way to make your stay the best experience. They checked in with us via email upon our arrival and throughout our stay to ensure we were enjoying our stay. We had to leave after 6 weeks as a result of a family tragedy. Gab and Juliet helped us during our departure further demonstrating their compassion and understanding. Taheima is a quiet complex with staff that work very hard to make your stay enjoyable. The complex has two nice sized pools and it was never an issue trying to find a lounge. Some of the lounges were broken although still usable but staff were replacing them prior to our departure. Taheima is located within the El Tigre Golf Course complex which is a gated community providing an added sense of security and safety. You have an optional access to a great gym, tennis courts, and Pickleball courts just a short ten minute walk from Taheima. Beach access via the Playa Royale is also just a short walk away. If you have never been to Nuevo Vallarta, the beaches are awesome. We loved the accommodation and location. We will be returning and soon!! Highly recommended.

Confortable appartement

L’appartement est confortable, paisible et très bien équipé.Nous avons apprécié trouver à notre arrivée les essentiels tels des essuies tout, du café, les assaisonnements de base, de l’eau.... ... Le complexe est très bien entretenu et le petit resto-bar sur place est pratique car les restos à l’extérieur du complexe ne sont pas si nombreux et il faut marcher environ de 20-30 minutes pour s’y rendre,sinon il faut prendre un taxi. Un gros merci à nos hôtes qui nous ont fait parvenir toutes les informations nécessaires à notre séjour.

Wonderful and Relaxing!!

Our stay was wonderful and relaxing! The condo was very clean when we arrived and had all the amenities we needed. The pools at the resort are fantastic and the place is so quiet and private! No fighting other folks for lounge chairs. Although the resort isn't on the beach, you can get a temporary membership to a beach club that is an easy walk or cheap cab ride away (there's also a shuttle service). Also within an easy walking distance are several restaurants, a grocery store and various shops. Very convenient!

Wonderful stay!

The first thing I noticed when I to Tahamia was how spacious the apartment was! From the pictures I was expecting the place to be smaller. Overall my whole experience with staying at this apartment was really pleasant! I enjoyed the information they gave to me beforehand, as it helped me navigate the space as well as Mexico. I would never have bought a social membership to paradise village if it weren’t for the direction. I am really glad I did as it was one of the aspects of Mexico I enjoyed most! The social membership allowed me access to the gym (which has a lot of very nice equipment, a sauna, a hot tub, and a pool) and the beach! My favourite part of the apartment has a really nice little patio. Most mornings my significant other and I would eat breakfast and have coffee there and watch the sunrise, and listen to the song birds sing. In addition the patio was really nice at night when the weather was a bit cooler. On the patio, and in the apartment, there wasn’t a lot of noise. It was very peaceful. My second favourite part was the pool! It was amazing! There are two pools with lots of reclining chairs and umbrellas. I spent a lot of time parked in front of the pool with a book and even more time in the water. It was so clean, cool, and refreshing. The owners were very helpful and replied to all my emails promptly! I am really glad I chose to stay with them because they made the whole process a lot less stressful.

We found our ideal spot at Taheima, with its peace and tranquility, easy access to exercise, golf and other sports, the beach, and the airport, and its modern, clean and secure feeling. We are not able to live there full time, so have decided to share our favourite place. We would be happy to answer your questions or to send you more photos.

A beautiful and peaceful location, large and beautiful pools, and option to purchase guest membership at Paradise Village for stays of at least 28 nights. A free shuttle, which runs to the Beach Club, Sports Club, Golf Club, business centre and shopping plaza, leaves from the nearby road. There is also a free tour bus which drives around the area, and you can take a bus or taxi to nearby Puerto Vallarta, Bucerias, or Punta de Mita to enjoy the sites and the shopping, or take an excursion to the picturesque village of San Sebastian or Sayulita, or a variety of other excursions and adventures, which are offered by nearby companies.
