The upper floor has two bedrooms with single beds and two bathrooms, one of which has spectacular views of Puerto de la Cruz. The master bedroom also has a spacious balcony overlooking the pool.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room, dining room, two bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a 1.40 metre wide bed), a bathroom and a work area - perfect for those who want to combine leisure and productivity.
Outside, you will find a private infinity pool (3 metres x 6.8 metres) with optional heating for an extra charge. The terrace is equipped with comfortable furniture and invites you to relax or dine al fresco. A charcoal barbecue is also available - ideal for sociable barbecue evenings with family or friends. The well-kept garden and ample parking both on the property and on the street round off the offer.
