Denna 1200 s. f. tvÄ sovrum, tvÄ badrum lÀgenhet med sovloft och komfort bÀddsoffa i vardagsrummet i ett lugnt, vÀstkvarter mittemot hissen # 7. BÄda sovrummen Àr pÄ den lÀgre nivÄn. BefÀlhavaren har en high-end drottning murphy sÀng och madrass set, 300+ rÀkna bomullssÀngklÀder och platt-TV. Det andra sovrummet har en king size-sÀng med en tempurpedic madrassuppsÀttning, stor, vÀggmonterad Roku TV. Vardagsrummet har en king size-bÀddsoffa som sover som en high end sÀng och loftet har en high end drottning och tvÄ enkelsÀngar. Designad som ett radhus, det finns inga grannar pÄ övervÄningen eller nedervÄningen, och grannarna intill har en brandvÀgg mellan dig sÄ det Àr tyst. Det stora sovrummet har Ängdusch och fÄfÀnga, med ytterligare fÄfÀnga diskbÀnk / spegel intill och en mini-kyl / frys och mikrovÄgsugn tillsammans med en separat ingÄng. Original konstverk dekorerar interiören.

BÄda sovrummen har byrÄer, platt-TV med kabel och fjÀrrkontroll. Utanför vardagsrummet finns köket som har en konvektionsugn, keramisk spis, mikrovÄgsugn, etc., komplett matlagnings- och serveringsutrustning, skafferi och LG-tvÀttmaskin / torktumlare i full storlek. Vi har nyligen uppgraderat interiören med uppgraderade ytbehandlingar inklusive ett ventilerande takfönster pÄ loftet eftersom det Àr vÄrt hem! TÀckt parkering, badtunna och pool (endast 2 pooler i Telluride!) och tvÀrs över frÄn skidliften och biljettfönstret för enkel Ätkomst till skidÄkning i staden.

Det finns en stadslingbuss som stannar intill lÀgenheten i 2 minuter. Äka till Main Street shopping och den GRATIS gondolen. Bussar kommer var tionde minut, eller gÄr 5 minuter till centrum av Telluride för affÀrer, restauranger och nattliv. Bussen stannar ocksÄ vid Town Park som ligger 5 minuter bort och dÀr festivalerna Àger rum. Den lokala livsmedelsbutiken, Clarks Market, ligger 100 meter norrut och hissbiljettkontoret och skidliften Àr 100 meter söderut. Vandringsleder Àr precis utanför dörren och GRATIS, tÀckt parkering ingÄr liksom poolen, badtunna, grill och mer. Tyst och privat, detta Àr ett trevligt, livligt hem.

WOW! The views from this condo are beautiful complete with a walking trail along the river right outside the building. The parking spot is perfect,literally straight into the parking garage.We had plenty of room to spread out and then gather together for movie nights and popcorn ( which our host provided) thank you. Clark’s market is just around the corner and gourmet. BONUS: our pup got to come on mini peak foliage vacay with us!We WILL be back .

Great location and great value

The property is close to downtown Telluride, the gondola, and is a great value for the price. Check-in was easy and the owners were communicative.

Great convenient condo

Newly remodeled condo very convenient to lift 7 as well as town and supermarket. Owner was very responsive to a few requests and went out of his way to accommodate!

Great property and even better location

My stay was fantastic we had plenty of space for our group and the location couldn't have been more perfect. The property was very clean and check in/out was very convenient. I will definitely be returning on my next trip to Telluride.

Cute condo, great location

Easy access to the lift and grocery store and Main St. Room to spread out. Cold and hot water are backwards which took a bit to figure out. Some really nice updates, some things that could use some attention. Accommodated our group well.

Great location.

Condo is undergoing a remodel and will be great when finished. Some nice features already. We enjoyed the steam shower. The host was very responsive when contacted about a couple of issues with pool access, door and lockers codes and extra towels.

Needs some effort put into fixing

This unit had been very used. Lots of broken items and not working outlets. Just a little effort and money put into this unit would make it better. Simple things like, replace broken kitchen trash can or put hand soap in the bathrooms.

Bargain for Telluride

Pillows, mattress and sheets lack comfortability, but when you consider location and amenities, I can’t complain too much. Very quite and convenient location in between the shuttle route. I would still stay here again :)

Great location!

Fantastic little spot close to town. Easy, 5-8 min walk into town. Near gondola station. Near river trail. Near local grocery/market. The steam shower was a nice, unexpected (maybe I missed that detail), amenity.

Convenient location

Great location! And easy to communicate with owner - thank you! Be sure to bring your own hand soap, dish soap, shampoo/conditioner/body wash as there is none provided. I’m not sure the unit was cleaned before we got there :( and I would recommend only sleeping in the beds provided as the living room space is not very functional. But very convenient walk to lift 7 and the hot tub was enjoyable!

Great Getaway place

Stayed here for a long weekend to see old friends and get in some spring skiing. The building is a bit of a maze but the unit itself is perfect. Very reasonably priced and was easy to access. We had everything we needed and were close to everywhere we wanted to go. It was nice having two private bedrooms as well as open bed-space near the living area for the early risers. Overall, an excellent deal.

Great spot for one night

On our way back home we did a quick one night stop in Telluride. Location made it easy for us to walk to the restaurant and gondola. Unfortunately, the pool and hot tub were not available to use since they are under maintenance or construction. This was noted in specs of the unit. Easy check in and check out!

Condo had necessities but was in poor condition. Old and in need of repairs and renovation.Was not notified about poor parking situation. Our one spot at the building was tight and neighbors complained that they couldn’t park because of size of our vehicle. Second spot had to park 1/4 mile away from the property.Stairs well to get to the second floor and then a long walk to get into the condo. Once inside two more stairwells to get to the top floor.We had a great time, great location but for the price I was expecting better quality than it was.

Affordable

The property is very small and bare bones, Consisting of a small room about the size of a small motel room that's mostly filled up with a bed and A little Kitchenette in the entry way. But it was clean and was one of the cheapest locations In the area especially considering it's right on the bus route and virtually across the street from one of the chair lifts. The best thing about this place is the location. We had a great 3 night Stay - and had some good skiing. My wife also really enjoyed the outdoor hot tub/pool.

We've lived here since 1995 and own the Elinoff Gallery and the Alpinist & the Goat restaurant and grille. We've used this condo through the years for employees, friends and such. We sometimes show this listing as just the lock-off, and sometimes we show/rent the entire condo as a 3 bedroom. Just depends. We've recently re-listed it as a family condo starting February, 2024.

Varför vÀrden valde detta boende

In town location, less than a block to the lift ticket windows and ski lifts. Ski down at the end of the day and you're 1 min to home. During the summer, the hiking biking trails are right out the door. Recently updated with sound insulation, new washer/dryer and nicely furnished.

Pool, hot tub and grill in the common area and the most ample square footage in an affordable and lovely home.
