Graduation trip

My husband and I came from Cali to spend some time with our family who came from NJ to celebrate our son’s graduation from GCU. Dave and Teri were super easy to communicate with and very thorough. The house is beautiful- pictures are good but don’t really do it justice. They thought of everything. It is stocked and immaculately cleaned. The pool and spa were great! Depending on your needs, the location was great for us! Nice quiet neighborhood. Located near Westgate for shopping and dining, State Farm stadium ,and many baseball fields during spring training times. For us, close to our son’s and many students apartments. Easy drive. Appreciate the hospitality. hoping to visit again!

Our home away from home

We just retired and spent the whole month of March here! The house was clean and well stocked with what we needed! When I asked for a measuring cup- one arrived the next day!!!Pool was wonderfully heated and the new hot tub worked well on those chilly nights! Quiet neighborhood close to shopping and entertainment needs. A few family members visited on occasions and the house accommodated us all. Thanks Teri & Dave!

Excellent first trip to Phoenix

This was our first stay at a VRBO and our first time to the Phoenix area. From start to finish our experience at this VRBO was excellent. The house was clean, well stocked, and the owners were great and very helpful. The few questions we had were answered promptly and they even reached out to make sure everything was ok. We would definitely rent here again if we come back to this area.

Everything was perfect!

Arrived early and owners accommodated a little early check-in. Communication was great and the home had everything we needed. Hot Tub was awesome! All in all everything was great!

Beautiful house

Went to Arizona for thanksgiving with family. Found this house for its great location. House exceeded expectations and owners were great to deal with. If I ever end up needing to go back to area I would definitely book this property again.

Southwestern charm

The house was beautiful. Had that southwestern desert vibe. Very clean and beautifully decorated. Lovely backyard to relax in. Pool was great. Dave was very pleasant and nice to talk with. House had everything we could have wanted and more! Hope to stay there again in the future. Loved it!

Final Four Trip

The home was very clean, the outdoor area and pool were fantastic! The communication with the owners was great as well and we were able to check in early. This was juat the vacation spot we were hoping for and we can't wait to stay here again. We enjoyed many days in the pool and then watching tv on the porch area. Highly recommend this property!

Better than advertised

We just got back from our stay at this lovely home and cannot say enough good things about it. I have stayed at many home rentals and none have been so well equipped. Everything we could have possibly wanted was there and more. The living room is very comfortable with multiple recliners and a huge tv. Also, the pictures don’t do it justice. The backyard is so pretty and I really loved the small touches like the artwork on the walls. It was a good 20 min drive to most touristy things but easy (just straight down the I-10) but there were also lots of things within a 5 mins drive - like Ulta and bubble tea (which made the kid happy), Starbucks (that made me happy) and Costco (for the MIL). Something for everyone :). The pool was kept at a warm temperature which made swimming on the cooler days possible and the hot tub was great to warm up in. Also the hosts were very responsive and helpful. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Comfortable Vacation Home

We stayed here for 9 days with an 5 month old baby and had a very relaxing vacation. The house is fully equipped with everything and more. They have very comfortable seating in the back yard and living room which made for a relaxing holiday. Loved the outdoor pool, hot tub and egg hanging chair. The hosts communication is fast and informative. We hope to be back!

Great Rental!

We enjoyed our stay and LOVED the heated pool and jacuzzi! We visited in Dec/Jan and the temps outside were mid 60's. The heated pool was awesome and we swam every day. Dave and Teresa were easy to work with. Thank you for a great family vacation house!

We live in Oregon but love Arizona! We work in healthcare and have three adult children and three grandchildren. Looking forward to retirement at some point but we enjoy what we do.
It has been so satisfying to have a home in Arizona that people can enjoy so much as we do . We are available 24/7 with any concerns or needs. Our guests are a too priority to us!
