The apartment, arranged on two levels for a total of about 70 sqm, is ideal for families up to 4 people. Inside the apartment there is a dining area with an open-plan equipped kitchen, a raised living room and the large furnished outdoor space, a double bedroom and one with two single beds (possibility of a double bed) and a bathroom with shower complete the night area, offering privacy and tranquillity.
Among the available services: complete kitchen with 4 gas hobs, fridge with freezer, pod coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, TV in Italian language, Wi-Fi, swimming pool and private garden. The external area is also video-monitored to ensure greater safety during the stay. Three private parking spaces complete the offer.
