This charming holiday flat can accommodate up to 4 people and is located in the heart of Carinthia, in the idyllic Bach region. It is positioned on the first floor and is ideal for guests who love nature and winter sports activities.
With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub, this accommodation offers sufficient privacy and comfort for all fellow travellers. The underfloor heating, which is installed throughout the flat, ensures cosy warmth even on colder days.
The use of your own washing machine gives you the freedom to wash your clothes at any time during your stay. The kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, a filter coffee machine, a kettle and a dishwasher, making self-catering a pure pleasure.
A balcony invites you to enjoy the fresh forest air. Although barbecues are not permitted, the garden is available for communal use, where you can relax or enjoy the company of your fellow travellers.
The holiday flat is perfectly located for winter sports enthusiasts: a ski slope, a mountain/cable car and a ski school are just a few minutes' walk away. The cross-country ski trail is also within easy reach, just 1 km away. A ski bus stops 200 metres away and offers an easy connection to more distant ski areas.
The proximity to the edge of the forest, just a few steps away, promises tranquillity and direct access to numerous hiking trails. The nearest village centre is also just 300 m away and offers access to local amenities, while the nearest grocery store for daily needs is just 600 m away.
