Welcome to this charming apartment in Marbella, perfect for up to 6 guests, featuring a shared pool and direct beach access.
Just outside the complex, youâll find a communal chlorine pool measuring 15x8 metres, with a depth ranging from 1 to 2.20 metres. For children, thereâs a dedicated 10x4 metre pool with a uniform depth of 0.5 metres, along with sun loungers and an outdoor shower to enhance your comfort.
The apartment is situated on the first floor of a building with lift access. It boasts a spacious covered terrace furnished with a dining table and comfortable sofas â an ideal spot to unwind while overlooking the pool.
Inside, the bright and welcoming living-dining area is equipped with a Smart TV and centralized air conditioning for your comfort. The kitchen features a ceramic hob and comes fully stocked with all essential utensils, making meal preparation easy and convenient. A washing machine and tumble dryer are also available for your use.
The apartment includes three comfortable bedrooms designed for relaxation: the master bedroom offers a double bed, a small balcony, and a private en-suite bathroom with a bathtub; the second bedroom has two single beds and direct access to a terrace with an outdoor dining table; and the third bedroom features a trundle bed, perfect for accommodating two guests. A second full bathroom with a bathtub completes the layout.
