The Erizun E3 is located in a quiet residential development of 5 houses.
The Erizun E3 is located in a quiet residential development of 5 houses, close to the village center of Flims-Waldhaus. It was built in 1981 in a traditional style. It is about 10-15 minutes walk to the village center or to the lifts. The free ski bus runs every half an hour from the nearby Hotel Surpunt.
The apartment (80m2) is located on the ground floor with a private terrace and surrounding gardens. It has a cozy livingroom with fireplace, spacious dining area, radio and TV. The kitchen is well equipped with a large fridge (incl. freezer copartment), dishwasher, electric stove, oven, microwave, raclette set, fondue, water kettle, toaster and a Nespresso machine. There is one bedroom with double bed, one with two single beds and a third bedroom with bunk bed. In addition to the bathroom, a separate toilet is available. A shared washing machine operate with CHF 0.50 coins, can be used.
Please notice that there is only one parking space available. All additional cars have to be parked at the public facilities in Flims.
Smoking in the apartment is prohibited. Pets are not accepted
Extra costs as heating, power and water are included. Also included are bed linen and towels, the final cleaning and all taxes and VAT.
