Quietly situated detached house! Approx. 2 km from the beach (Duhnen/Döse).
The approx. 60 mÂČ large, lovingly furnished 3-room apartment for non-smokers on the upper floor has two separate bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the other bedroom with 2 single beds.
The living room has a satellite TV/radio, sofa set, dining table and kitchenette with electric stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, WC, washbasin and hairdryer.
Bed linen, towels for the apartment, WLAN and a parking space are included.
Please note: The city of Cuxhaven charges an additional guest contribution (visitor's tax).
This property offers access to a shared outdoor area with an open terrace and barbecue facilities.
