Welcome to our 64 square meter apartment (attic 2nd floor) for 2-3 persons



Ideal location, 5 minutes walk to the train station (approx. 300 m), great view over the entire Höfle (Ramsbach), located on the edge of the forest, directly on the hiking trail + cycle path, parking space available

- Fully equipped kitchen with pull-out table

- Bathroom with bathtub, shower, double washbasin, WC, hairdryer - guest WC

- Bedroom with small balcony, extra bed/travel cot for small child available - - possibly also changing table,

- Living room with dining table, sofa set and additional sleeping accommodation, TV + Internet available

- Washing machine, tumble dryer, clothes horse

- Large hallway, bread roll service or possibly breakfast on request

- Non-smoking, no pets



Apartment is cleaned once a week, bed linen changed

Towels provided (please do not wash), vacuum cleaner available

Additional utensils such as tabs for dishwasher, washing machine,

cleaning agents, cleaning cloths, toilet paper, napkins

are also provided.



Cleaning day can be arranged.

Registration and deregistration is done electronically to the city

Therefore, the guest must register in person with the

host in good time.



You will receive the Konus guest card upon payment of the visitor's tax
