Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so happy you enjoyed the corner unit, the views and the easy beach access. It was a pleasure to host you, and we hope to welcome you back soon. Warmly, Mark and Erica

Thank you for such a kind review, and for being so gracious about the timing. We know the weather leading up to your arrival was far from ideal, and we’re glad the association had the pool and hot tub up and running the morning after you arrived. We apologize for the dirty dishes you found in the cabinets and drawers. We have asked our cleaning lady to check those spots more carefully. We’re also glad we could help resolve the wifi issue. The wrap-around patio is a favorite of ours, too. Please come back the next time you’re on the Gulf Coast. Warmly, Mark and Erica

Thank you for the wonderful review, and thank you for choosing to stay with us a second time! We’re so glad you enjoyed the corner balcony and the view of the Gulf, and that the kitchen had everything you needed. Guests who come back mean the most to us. We would love to host you again. Warmly, Mark and Erica

Thank you for your review and for your honest feedback. We’re delighted that you enjoyed the kitchen, the comfortable beds and the balcony (a 12 out of 10 is our new favorite rating!). You were right about the living room seating, and we took your comment to heart. We have since replaced the sofa and both living room chairs with new pieces that are much easier to sit in and get out of. We hope you’ll visit us again and see the difference. Warmly, Mark and Erica

We hope to see you again — and don't forget to ask about our returning guest discount! Mark & Erica
