Overall great experience back in NMB! The unit was exactly what we needed for 2 adults with 4 kids. Everything was functional and the one small maintenance item we had was already on the host’s list to be fixed, which we agreed to fixing it after we departed.

A great experience at this owned Vrbo at Avista Resort. Unit was as promised. Clean and basically equipped. The resort people were very good from the time you arrive to unload & register to departure. Check in and out at realty office was simple and not crazy inconvenient. Enjoyed the tiki bar & luau.

First Family Trip

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a larger group with us. My husband, our children and grandchildren as well. The view from the living room and primary suit were always breathtaking at sunrise and sunset. The unit was clean (could use a carpet shampoo but nothing major. Just foot traffic). We had all the dishes and things we needed. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Overall Great Stay!

We were pleased with our stay. Great location! Plenty of room for a large family. Best views in town! We loved that each room had its own bathroom. The only thing that we can complain about was that the mattresses could be replaced as they are not very comfortable and seem worn out. A Skywalk from the parking garage across the street would be nice as well. I already have referred several friends to this place as we really enjoyed our stay.
