Apartment 'Casa Verde - Moos' with Private Terrace, Shared Garden and Wi-Fi

In a quiet location on the edge of the forest of Moos, the modern and lovingly furnished apartment (built in 2020) offers 75 square meters of space for up to 4 + 2 people. The apartment extends over two floors. On the first floor of the apartment is the spacious living-dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has a spacious fridge with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave with oven function, toaster, kettle and a fully automatic coffee machine.

There is also a small guest toilet on the first floor. The living room is furnished with a pull-out sofa bed for two people and a 55" flat-screen TV.

The terrace, which is equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers, and the associated garden area invite you to linger, play and relax.

A spiral staircase leads to the basement of the apartment. There are two bedrooms and the bathroom. The master bedroom has a box-spring bed and a large closet. A baby travel cot can be provided free of charge if required. The children's bedroom is equipped with a pull-out bed, so there are two more single beds available if required. The basement offers pleasantly cool sleeping temperatures even on hot summer days.

The spacious daylight bathroom with washing machine and large shower is located directly next to the bedrooms.

In addition to the terrace, there is another lovely seating area next to the entrance. This invites you to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun with a beautiful view of the greenery.

The accommodation price includes towels and bed linen for up to 4 + 2 people as well as all additional costs, such as the final cleaning after your stay. The parking space on the property and WLAN are also included.
