Located in Stetten, this 65 m² apartment accommodates up to 6 guests in 2 bedrooms, plus a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a gallery. The second bedroom is available for an extra charge when occupied by 2 people. The eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and air conditioning. The apartment offers mountain and lake views. Two baby cots and two high chairs are provided. The interiors are barrier-free, and there is a separate WC.

Lake Constance with a natural beach (1 km long) is a 10-minute walk away, but only partially accessible by car. The village offers essentials, a hairdresser, three restaurants, and a pizzeria. Public transport is available. Markdorf is 8 km, Ravensburg 25 km, Überlingen 18 km, and Friedrichshafen 22 km away. You can play golf in Owingen (20 km), rent sailboats in Gohren (30 km). Please note that the church bells ring every hour and once on the half hour.
