Welcome to our quiet country house, located just 7 minutes' drive from the city center. The accommodation is a detached basement apartment, completely renovated with care and attention to detail.
The house has a double bedroom, a modern bathroom, a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable double sofa bed. Perfect for couples, small families or friends seeking relaxation in contact with nature.
Free Wi-Fi is available, perfect for working remotely or staying connected while on vacation.
There are no air conditioners because you don't need them: the environment is naturally cool even in the hottest months, thanks to the location and structure. In the evenings, the country air provides a pleasant and clean climate, ideal for a rejuvenating sleep.
Outside you will find a large garden, partly for your exclusive use, where you can relax on comfortable deck chairs or organize a barbecue with the barbecue available. Parking is located within the property and is reserved for guests.
