Children can enjoy the shared playground featuring swings, trampoline, toys, and books. Please note that the garden is shared with the property owners, though you have access to a more secluded area exclusively reserved for guests.



The property offers 2 shared parking spaces. Dogs are welcome to join your stay. Events are not permitted on the property. Free-range chickens roam the grounds unless you prefer them confined to their coop, and the owners may use the pool during evening hours.



You will be situated in a quiet residential neighborhood just a 10-minute walk from Saint-Ambroix town center and 5 minutes from the river. A bakery and small restaurant offering takeaway are conveniently located directly across from the house. Washing machine use is available for an extra fee.
