Riverfront 4BR fritidshus, kort bilresa till stränder och shopping på Main Street

Njut av denna stora 4BR / 2BA, vackra hem på tre privata tunnland med säkerhetskopiering till floden Coonamessett på Cape Cod. Sängar sover tio inkl. drottningens bäddsoffa (dessutom finns det 2 queen-size sprängmadrasser). Vi (ägare) bor i AZ och kommer inte till Kap så mycket som vi brukade nu när vi har två mycket små barn. Vi har andra hyror på Kap, inklusive två andra stugor inbäddade på denna 3 tunnland stora paket (de har långsiktiga årliga hyresgäster), och många i AZ, och har nu lagt till detta i listan så att andra kan njuta av denna fantastiska egendom. Det stora köket har mer än allt du behöver, och är underbart, med stenräknare, en stor ö med en grönsaker diskbänk och ett glas backsplash. Det finns två stora vardagsrum (vardagsrum på övervåningen och nedervåningen) ger gott om utrymme för att läsa, spela spel eller dansa! Det finns en separat matsal (förutom frukostbaren). Det finns två sovrum på bottenvåningen och två sovrum på nedervåningen. Njut av ditt morgonkaffe i det vackra solrummet eller på bakdäck. Köket är väldigt trevligt med gaskokning, rostfria vitvaror, kvartsräknare, en frukostbar och massor av rätter. Detta hus är stort och mycket bekvämt. Det stora sovrummet (bottenvåningen) har en queen size-säng (och 46 'platt skärm), det andra sovrummet (bottenvåningen) har två extra långa tvillingar, ett i nedre sovrummet har en drottning och det andra sovrummet på nedervåningen har två tvillingar. Den nedre soffan är en drottning utdragning, och vi har också två drottning luftmadrasser. 46 'platt-skärm också belägen i bottenvåningen vardagsrum. Vi installerade centrala VVS i juni 2015, då hela interiören ombyggdes! Du är en kort bilresa till Silver Beach och till Falmouth Heights och Surf Drive stränder. Main Street, bara en kort bilresa bort, har gott om underbara restauranger och shopping och ett underbart bibliotek med roliga aktiviteter för barnen. Woods Hole och färjan till Martha's Vineyard ligger också en kort bilresa härifrån. Du kommer att älska det här huset !!!

We were double booked

We were about to get in the car and drive to the Cape on Saturday morning when we got a call from the owner that the place is double booked and she is issuing us a refund. Our cars were packed at that moment and we were ready to drive. You can imagine how upset we were. After hours of talking to VRBO, we still have no resolution to it, we were promised that someone will call us back and help with the situation and help us rebook, no one called us, and there was nothing available for that week at the last moment. We received an email instructing us to book a hotel and that VRBO will pay for two nights of it. I had a house booked not a hotel, we are a family with two kids and one is a toddler, and in the times of COVID I had no desire to stay at a hotel. Also, the house shows that it has a crib, it does not, it has a pack and play which is not the same. I have a two year old who cannot sleep in a pack and play, he is too big for it, but he still sleeps in a crib. VRBO is telling us double booking is a fault of the owner as they had the house for rent on multiple websites, the owner is telling us it is the fault of VRBO website. So we were not told the truth of what happened. We were able to reserve a house through airb&b on Sunday night and we were still able to enjoy a few days of vacation, our kids were looking to it after a long year of COVID restrictions. I only hope that VRBO will reimburse us for some of it as it started in a horrible way.

The house is very spacious and comfortable.

We all enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed; a spacious kitchen, a large dining room, and comfortable beds. The outdoor space was also nice for playing games on the lawn.

Family Time

We had a wonderful week in Falmouth with our family. The house was perfect for us with plenty of room. Liked the large kitchen and privacy. Homeowner was very responsive when we had questions.

Cranberry Bog Retreat

Such a lovely home in a tranquil setting. It is set off the main road and near a beautiful cranberry bog. Quiet small river runs behind the house that you can see from the deck. The house is well appointed and spacious, bright and airy. Close to nature, we heard coyotes yipping one night. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home in secluded Cranberry bog

BJ and Eric have wonderfully updated this expansive cape cod home. Gorgeous kitchen, expansive living room space, comfy dining room, large deck, 4 bedrooms with updated very comfortable beds, central AC, and plenty of peace and quiet! Immaculately clean when we arrived. We had lots of space for our family of 8 and lots of fun playing games in the yard. Never heard a peep from any neighbors, and felt safely tucked away from busy roads and unwanted noise. Lots of bike rides, long walks, and relaxation. Was a great opportunity to get our adult kids and significant others all together!

Everything we needed

Loved the house as it had everything we needed. My elderly mom joined us and needed a first floor bedroom and bathroom along with central air. The deck was huge, the location was quiet and close to everything. The house is spacious and there is plenty of room to spread out when needed. We borrowed the two adult bikes and took them on the bike trail. The house had everything we needed - bike locks and air pump, dishes and utensils for every need, towels, and my son said he slept on the most comfortable sheets he has ever slept on.

Great house

We truly enjoyed our time at the Cape. The house was very comfortable and spacious. The big deck was fabulous and we were able to BBQ. The kids loved their time on the east coast. Thank you making our vacation a success.

Fantastic house and week!!

Great cape house in Falmouth on a very quiet street, but conveniently located and an easy drive to all attractions. The house itself is was perfect for us with two couples and two kids, and having central air was a nice bonus. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed and we enjoyed the back deck which overlooked the river. We had a perfect week and would definitely come back again on our next cape trip.

Great place to stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely home in a beautiful, yet convenient location in Falmouth. The house is comfortable, roomy, and well-appointed; the owners are generous and thoughtful in what they supply. We are a group that has stayed in many places over the last 15 years, and 17 Cranberry Lane is unanimously our #1. We plan to return next summer.

I purchased this property in 2004 - because there is no other property like it. The appraiser had to go out 25 miles to comp it, as there was no other 3 acre parcel with three houses on the River to comp it with. I had my daughter in 2009 and my son in 2012 and have found that we don't get to the Cape as much as we used to. I am an attorney and real estate Broker in Tucson AZ. We have about 40 or so rentals in AZ but this house had been mostly used for our personal use over the years. We love to feed the ducks, who are always at our property (even in winter!) and sit and watch the river. With that said, it's only a couple of miles to Main Street and all the wonderful food and shopping it offers, and to any beach.
