3-room holiday apartment with 73 sqm in WarnemĂŒnde. Spacious living room with a large window front overlooking the river and a fireplace. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds. Fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher. Wheelchair accessible and non-smoking apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Central location at the Old Strom, just a few meters south of the bridge. The train station is approximately 200 meters away, the beach around 700 meters, and the ferry to Hohen DĂŒhne is about 50 meters away. There are good shopping options and various restaurants nearby.
Other Things to Note:
Please note that there is new construction on the neighboring property, and finishing work is currently being carried out. Therefore, there may be construction noise at times. Due to the work, the courtyard of the vacation accommodation on the ground floor will also be temporarily closed.
The key handover takes place via a key safe.
If a tourist tax applies to this accommodation, it is already included in the overnight price.
Bed linen and towels are not included in the price of your stay. If required, you can book linen packages directly with us up to 5 days before your arrival. Please note that it is not possible to book linen if you book less than 5 days before your arrival date.
