Or be active by experiencing nature. The property is a great starting point for cycling and hiking tours through the south-east RĂŒgen biosphere reserve (Granitz). This leads you to the pier, the fine sandy beach and the Baltic Sea. The beach promenade with its spa pavilion and the Binz Kurhaus invites you to take a stroll. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle, the quiet Schmachter See lake is not far away. Whether a boat trip to the chalk coast from the Binz pier or a tour with the Rasenden Roland towards Mönchgut. The property offers an ideal starting point.

The vacation home has 2 parking spaces on the 290 mÂČ property. Further parking spaces are available in front of the house.
