Our house is your holiday flat.
It is located two minutes walk, without crossing any street, from the Avenida de La Playa de Las Canteras, considered one of the best urban beaches in the world.
The apartment/duplex is situated in a recently constructed building and on the top floor.
The ground floor consists of a living-dining-kitchen area, two bedrooms, a complete bathroom and a small utility room.
On the upper floor you can find the master bedroom with complete bathroom en suite and a small exterior hall.
Located in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, it is perfectly connected with the city ring road, to be able to visit other areas of the island of Gran Canaria.
Very close to the bus station, restaurants, leisure areas, pharmacies, hospitals, supermarkets, pay parking, shopping areas such as Mesa y LĂłpez and other shopping centres, as well as very close to Puerto de la Luz and Las Palmas, in case the guests would like to visit other islands of the archipelago such as Fuerteventura or Lanzarote.
Perfectly conditioned for a perfect city and beach holiday, whether as a couple, with family or friends.
